I am on day 4 of a 7 day detox, along with some other teachers. It has been fun. One teacher has lost 10 pounds. I haven't lost a lot of weight and I didn't need to. However, I slept last night like I haven't slept in a long long time, my skin is softer and brighter looking and my taste buds are changing. It is amazing how eating foods without a lot of things added to them changes your taste. Makes me wonder, are we eating food for the food or the things we add to the food.... I am on Day 10 and it's so wonderful to get a consistent good night's sleep. I am loving this and feeling blessed.

My family remarked that my skin is glowing, I feel GREAT and for the first time in a long time I was able to walk and not call out sick during my period week. Also, I did not get migraines because my period was not as painful. I cut down on my medication which helps to get at least 4 hours sleep and for pain from 30 mg to 1 mg. I went from sleeping 4 hours a night and looking at the ceiling to 8 hours during the 7-day detox cleanse week. I normally smoke a pack of cigarettes a day, but during this week I cut down to 1/2 a pack which was a miracle.

I'm so happy I lost 20 pounds on the Care by Claire program in less than 3 months and I'm keeping it off. Claire's care was great and very supportive. I knew I needed a coach, but I didn't know how to find a good one. I loved most that we touched base every week. The program made me more conscious, so I decided to continue working with Claire.
I just completed Week 1 which was Detox Week and as of right now I'm feeling wonderful! I have more energy than I had two weeks ago and am very excited on this journey that was long well overdue.
